Refund & Cancellation Policy

We offer 100% guarantee. However, our products are subject to Terms and Conditions and we will offer a refund only if the service did not work.

When refunding is possible:

2.  If the purchased premium key does not work / is not redeemable at the file-hosting site.
3.  Received a wrong voucher code, e.g. a wrong retention or wrong service. Of course we can just replace your key with the correct one
4.  After you successfully complete payment, we are unable to send you the premium key or upgrade your account instantly within 7 days

When refunding is not possible:

1.  Ordered premium keys or accounts but do not need it anymore
2.  Simultaneous purchase of several different premium keys. The scenario at which the user gets some keys, applies them, what most approaches its needs chooses, and, then tries to receive the refund for all other goods which do not approach it, is regarded as dishonest. The given actions harm to our business so we not begin to return the paid money or to resolve pretentious payments
3.  We can not offer a refund if after the purchase, the user feels that the download is slow, the link is dead, or do not get the desired files to download. Please contact the file-hosting site directly for support.
4.  A refund will not be accepted if the company File-hosting is no longer active due to some technical issues, or closed according to law or other issues, or you cannot access the website.

Charges

express-key.com does not charge any fees for sending product (Premium key / Premium account / Voucher / Code) and all prices shown to you on the final checkout page are final and include all taxes.

Expiration Date of Premium Key / Premium Account

Premium key / Premium account will generally have an expiration date, which is established by the File-hosting's administrator. Please consult with the File-hosting's administrator for additional details.

Premium Key Subscription Packages & Recurrent Credit Card Payment Notice

For selected products, we offer the option to purchase a recurrent premium key subscription. If you choose to opt-in during checkout, you will automatically receive a new premium key / account upgrade at the end of its duration. You can cancel your subscription anytime and for any reason in your user panel.

We facilitate recurring credit card payments via SimplePay. If you opt-in for a subscription, you agree to have read the following Recurrent Credit Card Payment Notice, you take notice of its content and accept it:

Recurring credit card payment (hereinafter referred to as Recurring payment) is a function included in the acceptance of credit cards provided by SimplePay meaning that in the future it is possible to make payments with credit card details provided by you, the Customer, during the registration transaction without giving credit card details again. One of the types of recurring payments, the so-called “ad-hoc payment” is made with the approval of the Customer during each transaction, so you have to approve all transactions in the case of each future payment. You will receive a notification of the successful payment through channels identical with conventional credit card payments in every case. By accepting this statement to use recurring payment, you allow to make subsequent payments made from your user account through the express-key.com platform without providing credit card details again after the successful registration. Please note: the processing of credit card details is in accordance with the rules of card issuers. Neither the merchant, i.e. express-key.com, nor SimplePay has access to the credit card data. The Merchant shall assume direct liability for false or unauthorized recurring payments initiated by the Merchant, any claim enforcement against the Merchant’s payment service provider (SimplePay) shall be unavailable.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for acts or omissions of another service provider, for information provided through your email address, equipment failure or modification, or causes beyond our reasonable control. We are not liable for any accidents or incidents, which result from the use of Service by you or any other person. Our liability and the liability of any underlying carrier for any failure or mistake shall in no event exceed our charges during the affected period. We and any underlying carrier are not liable for any incidental, punitive or consequential damages such as lost profits. We and any underlying carrier are not liable for economic loss or injury to persons or property arising from the use of service. Additionally, in no event will the Company, Company Affiliates, Content Providers and their respective shareholders be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages of any kind (including, but not limited to, economic loss, loss of information or data, interruption, delay or loss of access to or use of the Internet, and the like), arising in any way or any manner from errors or omissions in the content or defects in the services provided by express-key.com hereunder or your access to and use of the Service. THE LIMITATIONS CONTAINED IN THE SITE SHALL APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT OR STRICT LIABILITY, AND REGARDLESS OF THE NATURE OR NUMBER OF CLAIMS OR ACTIONS. Indemnification

You, at your sole expense, will defend, indemnify and hold express-key.com and its directors, officers, shareholders, employees, consultants, affiliates and agents (collectively, “express-key.com indemnities”) harmless from and against any and all actual or threatened suits, actions, proceedings (at law or in equity), claims (groundless or otherwise), damages, payments, deficiencies, fines, judgments, settlements, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, expert witnesses’ costs and fees, penalties, interest and disbursements) arising from or relating to any suit, action, or proceeding against any express-key.com indemnities, whether successful or not, caused by, arising out of, resulting from, attributable to or in any way incidental to: (i) any breach by you of the Terms (including, but not limited to, any breach by you of any of your representations or warranties); (ii) Customer Data (including, but not limited to, any violation, misappropriation or infringement of any third party's Intellectual Property Rights or rights of privacy or right of publicity caused by your acts or omissions with respect to Customer Data (or any portion thereof)); or (iii) your conduct. This provision will survive the use of the Service.

No Warranties

Distribution of Information

We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. As per File-hosting companies policy we are appoint only to resell premium accounts, any technical issue or any other issue related with the product has to be addressed by File-hosting companies customer care, we can only extend help in payment related issues which a customer makes to us.
