Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through express-key.com. We sell digital access products, including premium keys, vouchers, access codes and instant account upgrades for third-party file-sharing, cloud storage and online hosting services.

Our products are usually delivered by email or activated immediately. Once a valid digital access product has been delivered, redeemed, activated or otherwise made available, the purchase is final and cannot be refunded, except where mandatory law requires otherwise or where this policy expressly provides for a refund.

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. If applicable law gives you stronger rights, those rights continue to apply.

When a Refund May Be Possible

We may provide a refund, replacement key, corrected product or renewed delivery if the issue was caused by express-key.com or by the digital access product supplied to you.

  • The same product was charged or delivered twice by mistake.
  • The delivered key, voucher or access code is invalid, unused and cannot be redeemed on the relevant platform.
  • You received a product that does not match your order, such as the wrong platform, duration, quota or service type.
  • Your payment was completed, but we cannot deliver the product or activate the account within seven days.
  • A delivery or activation error occurred on our side and cannot be fixed within a reasonable time during our business hours.

Where the problem can reasonably be corrected, we may first offer replacement, re-delivery or correction instead of a refund. A refund is generally only issued if the issue cannot reasonably be resolved.

When a Refund Is Not Possible

We do not refund valid, delivered and usable digital access products simply because you changed your mind, chose the wrong product, no longer need it or did not read or understand the product description before buying.

  • You bought a premium key, voucher, code or account upgrade and later decide not to use it.
  • You purchased several products to compare them and want a refund for the products you do not prefer.
  • The product has already been redeemed, activated, used or partly used.
  • You provided an incorrect email address, platform account, username or other delivery detail, unless we can still stop delivery or activation.
  • Your account on the third-party platform was suspended, restricted, banned or terminated due to your conduct or a breach of that platform's rules.
  • You are unhappy with the speed, availability, files, links, storage, bandwidth, technical performance or support of the third-party platform.
  • The third-party platform is temporarily unavailable, technically restricted, legally restricted, discontinued, blocked in your country or otherwise inaccessible for reasons outside our control.
  • You cannot access or download specific files or content through the third-party platform.

Third-Party Platform Issues

express-key.com acts as an independent reseller. Our responsibility is limited to payment handling and delivery or activation of the digital access product purchased from us. The relevant third-party platform remains responsible for its own website, accounts, files, network, technical performance, availability, user rules and support.

Issues such as slow downloads, unavailable files, dead links, platform downtime, account moderation or platform-specific technical limitations must be raised directly with the third-party platform.

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be sent by email to [email protected].

Please include the following information:

  • your order number;
  • the email address used for the order;
  • the platform and product purchased;
  • a clear explanation of the issue;
  • screenshots, error messages or other evidence, where relevant.

We may request reasonable proof that the product is invalid, unused or not redeemable. Refunds may be refused if the product has already been redeemed, activated or used.

Processing Time

We review refund requests during our business hours. If the issue can be fixed, we will normally try to resolve it before issuing a refund.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where technically possible. The actual processing time may depend on the payment provider, bank or card issuer.
